Ramen with salsa: why didn't I think of that?
It's hard to find kim chee around here, but ramen with salsa might be a reasonable substitute.
Asian nations remain the world's top consumers [of instant ramen]. The Chinese alone ate nearly 30.5 billion servings last year. Outside that region, only the United States, Russia and Brazil gobbled more instant ramen than Mexico.
